What is the Transitional School?
The Transitional School for Transformation is a three-year project (2024–2027) advancing recommendations from the YAAACE-developed Beyond the Margins: Building Curriculum for Youth in Transition report (2013). It offers voluntary educational programming and access to culturally reflective supports for youth aged 12 to 17 navigating charges under the YCJA or preparing for reintegration.
