Small Ball D League

Y.A.A.A.C.E’s mandate is to provide quality, affordable and accessible programming for children and youth. Through our grassroots developmental program – Small Ball D League, we have designed a robust basketball strategy with the aim of growing the game across the city and providing accessible programming to all. 

 Mandate of the Small Ball D League

  •       Provide access to recreational opportunities for all children irrespective of cost
  •       Provide fun and engaging recreational experiences
  •       Cultivate the virtues of: self-confidence, team work, self-discipline, and responsibility
  •       Enhance fitness level, sportsmanship, teamwork, cooperation, etc.

 

SESSION DATES

Fall Phase 1: Session usually runs October to December; however, it is CANCELLED due to the COVID-19 pandemic

Winter Phase 2: January to March 2021 (Anticipated Date – At this time, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. Please check back.)

Spring Phase 3: March to June 2021 (Anticipated Date – At this time, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic)

The cost of the program is $75.00 per phase.
All programming is hosted at C.W Jeffrey’s Collegiate Institute, 340 Sentinel Road North York, ON.

The program will commence its 2020-2021 Season on TBA.
