March Break Camp

Newsletter Archive

The March Break program represents YAAACE’s continued commitment to actively engage children and youth by providing them with a rich educational and social experience.  The mandate of the March Break camp is twofold: to enhance the Literacy and Numeracy capacity of our students and to provide our students with rich expanded opportunities (science, technology and the arts). The provision of meaningful and dynamic STEM based activities and recreational programs is one of the pillars of our operational framework.

Important Message:

We have done our due diligence regarding the COVID – 19 virus and after speaking with Public Health Officials and our partners at the School Boards, the growing concern over the spread of the COVID 19/Coronavirus has caused us to suspend all programming immediately and until further notice. We will be monitoring the situation daily and will do our best to provide updates to the schedule in a timely manner.

We know this is a great inconvenience to our Y.A.A.A.C.E families but it is important that we adhere to the directive of the Ministry of Health and Public Health Toronto.

Let’s all do our part to minimize the spread of this virus so that we can return to our regular routines  quickly.

For more information on the Coronavirus please visit the Government of Canada website at: https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/coronavirus-disease-covid-19.html
